Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were modern, and the bed was very comfortable, though housekeeping neglected to clean our room for four days. The service was hit or miss, with mostly helpful staff but some being unwelcoming and rude. The location was great for exploring Downtown attractions but a bit of a distance from Beale Street and museums. The dining experience in the attached diner was delightful, with good freshly cooked breakfast items and lovely homemade cakes.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable bed, but having a room safe would have been beneficial. The service was mixed, with some staff being very nice and helpful, while others seemed quite rude and unhelpful. The location was good, clean, and comfortable, within walking distance of many Downtown attractions, although it was a distance from Beale Street and museums. The attached diner for breakfast was convenient and served freshly cooked food, although it had limited options for breakfast. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
The hotel had a very comfortable bed, and the staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Downtown attractions, but the room was quite small.
